Prices

The price quote is arranged individually upon mutual agreement in relation to the total extent of the services offered and your further requirements.
The price for keeping the accounts and tax records is usually set as a fixed monthly rate, while the annual financial statement and tax returns are charged separately.

The payroll accounting is invoiced based on the number of employees. The rates listed cover all of our company’s expenses as well as the consultancy in respect of standard corporate agenda. Proper tax documents are issued for the services we provide.

Quotes for large companies and international companies will be processed individually based on the documents submitted and on the customer’s requirements.

The prices listed approximate and will be adjusted depending on the area concerned and on the complexity of the issue.

Keeping tax records

Small enterprise, non VAT payer CZK 4,800-7,200 per year
Small enterprise, VAT payer (up to 100 items per Q) CZK 1,800-3,000 per Q
Small enterprise, VAT payer (up to 500 items per Q) CZK 11,500-15,000 per Q
Large enterprise, VAT payer (up to 500 items per month) CZK 14,500-17,000 per month
Invoicing, preparing payment orders, reminders, etc. CZK 300 per hour
Representing the customer during an inspection conducted by the Tax Authority (incl. the preparation of source materials and documents) CZK 400 per hour
Annual financial statement: stock-taking, inventory-taking, archiving, and handing over documents CZK 1,000-5,000  

The price includes accounting, VAT return, summary report, Intrastat, and other overviews as required by the client.

Small enterprise, VAT payer (up to 500 items per Q) CZK 8,500 - 15,000 per month
